Why was my withdrawal request cancelled?
Your withdrawal could have been cancelled due to one or more of the following issues:
- You’ve tried to withdraw to a payment method not in the name of the account holder.
- You’ve requested a withdrawal before we’ve seen adequate gameplay on your account.
- We reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the payment method(s) used to make your deposit, up to the total amount deposited, before other withdrawal options are enabled. The applicable payment method(s) is/are selected at our sole discretion, and may include but is not limited to debit cards.
