Do I need to be a North Carolina resident to register and/or to play?

No, you do not need to be a resident of North Carolina. However you must be within the borders of the state of North Carolina to register and play our games. If you travel outside the state of North Carolina, you will not be able to play until you are once again within the borders of North Carolina.
